How do I join the VIP Member Club?
Sign up at the wash site, or, purchase here. Select the VIP Member Club plan you want and pay with a credit or debit card. The card will be billed monthly on the anniversary date of your sign up.
How often can I wash my vehicle?
Once a day and as often as you want or need each month that your VIP Member Club membership remains active!
Where can I use my VIP Member Club plan?
You can use your VIP Member Club plan at Water Castle Car Wash in Freeport, IL.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can discontinue your plan online here, by email or calling the wash site. There is no contract or obligation, and you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). Your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.
Can my VIP Member Club plan be used for more than one vehicle?
No. A VIP Member Club plan is for one vehicle and is not transferable.
What if I get a new credit card?
Come to the wash to update your card, or update your card online here.
How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?
Please allow processing time of 7 business days prior to the monthly anniversary date on which your card will be recharged.
Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I update my credit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you complete your request.
What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
We would be happy for you to return to our VIP Member Club.  Sign up at the wash site, or, purchase here. Select the VIP Member Club Wash Plan you want and pay with a credit or debit card. The card will be billed monthly on the anniversary date of your sign up.
