How do I go Unlimited?
Sign up at the wash site, or, purchase here. Select the Unlimited Wash Plan you want and pay with a credit or debit card. The card will be billed monthly on the anniversary date of your sign up.
How often can I wash my vehicle?
As often as you want or need, up to once a day each month that your Unlimited membership remains active!
Where can I use my Unlimited plan?
You can use your Unlimited plan at Water Castle Car Wash in Freeport, IL.
How do I cancel my Unlimited membership?
You can discontinue your plan online here, by email or calling the wash site. There is no contract or obligation, and you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). Your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.
Can my Unlimited plan be used for more than one vehicle?
An Unlimited plan is for one vehicle and is not transferable.
What if I get a new credit card?
Come to the wash to update your card, or update your card online here.
How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?
Please allow processing time of 7 business days prior to the monthly anniversary date on which your card will be recharged.
Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.
Will I receive an email confirmation after I update my credit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you complete your request.
What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
We would be happy for you to return as an Unlimited member. Sign up at the wash site, or, purchase here. Select the Unlimited Wash Plan you want and pay with a credit or debit card. The card will be billed monthly on the anniversary date of your sign up.
